Let’s Talk Fitness

I’ve talked a few times on my Instagram account about my weightloss journey…but I’ve never had somewhere to really document it…until now! I’ll be sure to share more with you about what I did then to lose it…what I’ve done to keep it off…and also keep you in the loop as I try to get back into a better routine after what we all know has been an insane year! I for sure have lost some of the motivation and momentum I felt back then, but I’m ready to get back into the swing of things! Losing weight was a great thing, but how I FELT was the best. Hopefully we can all learn from each other in this space and cheer each other on to reach our specific goals, whatever they may be!
