So…Did you guys know that I love Fall? And getting things delivered to my house from Walmart so that I can bake things in the Fall and not have to fight crowds at the store? Hahaha! Letting you guys in on my favorite Pumpkin bread recipe today using items delivered right to my doorstep from Walmart! I have used my Walmart+ Membership so much I can’t even count, and it’s come in clutch many times for groceries. Saves so much time and I’m able to get what I need while shopping from the couch! (new customers can use promo code TRIPLE10 to save $10 off your first three pickup or delivery orders!! $50 min. Restrictions & fees apply).I love to use their brands too when I can because it saves me so much money without sacrificing the flavor! Also, I HIGHLY recommend this loaf pan. It has guidelines in the bottom of the pan to help you cut nice, even pieces when you are done! It’s my favorite.

Also, if you want to just save a lot of time and buy premade desserts and treats, the Walmart Marketside bakery stuff is UNREAL. These Carrot Cake cookies!?!?! My mouth is drooling thinking about them. They are perfection. And if your kids like to hang with you in the kitchen, these Great Value Halloween kits are so cute!! They have a sugar cookie skull one, a midnight bat chocolate cookie kit and a few others!!
Without further ado, here is the recipe for the best Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread you’ll ever eat. (And you can thank me later for how yummy your house will smell!!!!) And also…if you need a good quilted reversible vest sent to your house, you can get this one along with your groceries 🙂

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 oz package of cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 TSP Vanilla
Bread
- 1 2/3 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP Nutmeg
- 1/2 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
Let’s Get Bakin!
- Preheat that oven to 325F. Go ahead and spray that loaf pan down with some nonstick spray.
- Cream cheese middle is first: In a medium bowl, you’ll want to combine the Cream cheese, flour, sugar, egg and vanilla and beat until smooth with a mixer. Set that aside for later.
- Now for the bread: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Set that bowl down.
- In another large bowl, beat together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and the pumpkin puree that smells like straight up baby food. Do this until its well combined.
- Add that flour mixture just a little bit at a time to the pumpkin mixture. Stir together.
- Pour 1 1/2 Cups of that mixture into the bottom of the greased loaf pan and spread it out. Top this with the cream cheese mixture and spread out evenly, and finish it off with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Bake it for an hour and 20 minutes. Make sure it cools when it comes out of the oven before slicing.
- Wipe up the drool from your plate after you devour it.
Hope you guys love this one!!! It’s a favorite around here!
xoxo,
jess
